  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and pin codes.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order any time on our website or by contacting our support team.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orca Gears is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned parcels due to wrong addresses.
