Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

* If you receive a defective product
* If you receive an incorrect product different from what was ordered
* If a return is approved due to the product being not suitable, requested within 7 working days from the date of delivery (₹750 return handling charge per product will be deducted)

Return & Inspection Process
Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoice. After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue before processing the refund.

Refund Processing Time

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after successful inspection of the returned product.
* The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
* In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Non-Refundable Charges

* The ₹750 return handling charge per product (for suitability-based returns) is non-refundable.
* Any damage caused due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for refunds.
